is headed by Steven A. Alkana, formerly Senior
Vice President and B&I Loan Program Director at Temecula Valley Bank.
Steve was responsible for growing USDA B&I loan volume there from zero
B&I loans funded in 2005 to leading
the nation in 2007. Under his leadership
from 2006-2008 this group also led the nation in combined total
USDA
B&I loan dollar volume funded.
Together, the lending experts
at B&I Consulting Group have more than
50 years of combined government guaranteed lending experience
(USDA
B&I and SBA), and since 2005 have funded over $300 million of SBA,
USDA B&I and Conventional loan volume. While
our primary focus is
USDA B&I loans, which have the most flexibility to meet rural business needs,
our
group of professionals are also experts in SBA lending. We facilitate
and process SBA 504, SBA 7a, and Conventional
loans as appropriate to
meet customer needs or, in some situations, combine USDA B&I, SBA,
Conventional and/or
USDA Farm Credit loans.
